About us Our team Max Conway-Goutines (Operations Assistant) Max is a French-Irish composer with a deep-rooted love for music. He completed his undergraduate degree in composition at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Following his studies, he undertook an internship as a research assistant at Choirfarm, a creative tech startup working and connecting with Choirs across London. As a contemporary composer, Max is deeply engaged with today’s classical music landscape and is committed to broadening its reach and accessibility through his new joint role as Operations Assistant, working with both the Young Classical Artists Trust and the Countess of Munster Musical Trust, where he supports day-to-day operations, administration, and content creation.
